At 2Modern, we want you to be thrilled with your modern furniture and decor; if you are not completely satisfied, most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or visit our returns portal to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within the 30-day eligibility window.
Prepare the Package
Ensure the item is in its original, unassembled condition and securely packed in the original manufacturer's packaging with all hardware and manuals included.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please note that return shipping costs and restocking fees may apply.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
